Maša Tulić was born in Pancevo in Serbia. She completed study of the French horn at the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad, in the class of Nenad Vasić. She completed her master’s studies at the Music Academy in Skopje in the class of Aleksandra Gošev.

Maša taught at the Music School in Subotica and played with orchestras from the region. She is employed in the Montenegrin Symphony Orchestra in the position of 4th Horn. She is engaged in pedagogical work at the Art School for Music and Ballet “Vasa Pavić” in Podgorica, where she teaches French horn, sight-reading, and chamber music. She is an assistant to Professor Gošev at the International Summer Camp for Musicians in Strumica in Northern Macedonia, as well as at the French horn seminar that has been held in Podgorica for the past two years.
